Guidelines & Dispute Process
What this site is
PokerWatch is a community-run bulletin board where players can share firsthand accounts of suspected cheating at poker rooms. It is not an investigative body, a law enforcement resource, or a verified database. Every report published here is one person's account, reviewed only for basic quality and completeness before publication — not fact-checked or independently confirmed.
What we require of submitters
- Only report things you personally witnessed or have direct, specific evidence of.
- Be factual: dates, games, and specific observed behavior rather than rumor or speculation.
- No harassment, threats, slurs, or content unrelated to alleged cheating conduct.
- Photos should be relevant to identifying the person in a specific incident, not scraped from elsewhere.
Reports that don't meet these guidelines are rejected in moderation and never made public. Repeated bad-faith or clearly false submissions may be blocked and, where appropriate, referred to the relevant poker room or authorities.
If you've been named in a report
If you believe a report about you is false, inaccurate, about the wrong person, or should be removed for any other reason, contact us at pokerwatch.disputes@gmail.com with the report link and an explanation. We will review disputed reports promptly and remove or correct anything we can't stand behind. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
No legal conclusions
Nothing on this site is a finding that any person committed a crime or violated any casino's rules. "Cheating" reports reflect the submitter's opinion and account of events only.
